At NASA Cafe, our name isn’t just about outer space—it’s about honoring family, tradition, and a journey that’s truly out of this world. NASA reflects our roots: Nassar Ali Saleh Alsaadi, the family name that inspired a dream to create a space where people can gather, share, and enjoy life’s simplest pleasures.

The inspiration for this cafe has been brewing in my heart since childhood. I vividly remember watching my grandmother harvest coffee beans with care, picking them by hand. Those moments stayed with me, reminding me that coffee has always been in our blood—a part of who we are. It took me over 40 years to realize just how deeply connected I was to this craft, even though our family has been in the food industry for more than 45 years.
